Take the long road and walk it

I've spent last week and half listening to the same track over and over again. It's a song called "Marrow" by St. Vicent (which is the stage name used by an american girl called Annie Clark). I've been listening to this "band" for quite a while, but this song in particular got stuck in my head - specially after I saw the video.
